Art is personal. It can take on many forms, from bold and challenging, to abstract and interactive. Yet, it has always been the quietly confident pieces that have most moved Jamie and inspired her creative journey. They don't clamor for attention. Instead, they exude effortless elegance reminding us that no matter what vantage point we're viewing from - we're all a part of a bigger picture.

Jamie has long been fascinated with that bigger picture. After studying art - first at the University of Iowa followed by The Illinois Institute of Art - Chicago - she made her foray into the working world, kicking off a decade-long career in commercial interior design. It was here that Jamie fell in love with both the scale and subtle beauty of textiles and wall coverings. They challenged her to think outside the frame and shape the whole space, applying classical artistic theory to contemporary interior design.

Little did she know, this fusion of Monet and Marino would soon become her signature style. It would also become the springboard for her independent art brand, The Jamie Andre Studio, which includes custom canvas work, curated classes, and seasonal workshops. Jamie continues to evolve her process and seek new inspiration, relying on her family, fur baby, and playful approach to life to further expand her view and vision.
